| Nishagandhi
Festival, the colourful extravaganza of dance and music, will be held
at the Kanakakkunnu Palace, Thiruvananthapuram from January 20 to 26,
2008. Apart from dance and music, crafts and food will also find place
in the festival. Renowned dancers from all over India will present
classical dance forms like Mohiniyattam, Kathak, Vilasinin Natyam
Kuchipudi and Manipuri. There will also be vocal, instrumental and
fusion music to enthrall the audience. Admission is free, with
facilities for tourists to book seats in advance.
